Each gift box varies in size:

2. How much does the gift box weigh?

The weight depends on the layout and size of the gift box and the products inside. However, each gift box weighs less than 3 kg.

3. Can the images in bamboo paintings be changed?

Currently, NX offers fixed designs based on the Tet holiday theme. If you wish to change the designs, please contact NX for specific information.

4. Can I have my own artwork printed on the gift box?

To ensure the best appearance, NX recommends using sketch-style drawings for the best effect. Please send your artwork to NX for further consultation.

5. Can the frame/border of the box be changed?

Currently, NX's box designs are fixed. If you want to change the frame, the minimum order is 1,000 boxes, and there will be additional costs for custom samples.

6. Can the gift box have two logos?

Please provide your requirements, and the design team will consider and advise on the best way to place the logos on the box.

7. Can I add a card inside the gift box?

Each box comes with a set of cards, including an envelope and card insert. If you need more, please inform NX for assistance.

8. Are the paper bags and gift boxes the same design?

Yes, the paper bags and gift boxes share the same design.

9. Does NX offer gift-wrapping services?

12. What is the shelf life of the gift products?

Products from NX are delivered with over 70% of their shelf life remaining.

13. Does NX have food safety certification?

NX has all the necessary documents to meet legal requirements, including food safety and hygiene certifications, ISO, and product declarations.

14. Is NX a manufacturer or distributor?

NX is a manufacturer. If you are interested in distributing or selling NX products, please leave your information, and the sales department will contact you.

Please provide a list of recipients, including their names, phone numbers, and addresses. NX will coordinate with the delivery service to ensure the gifts are delivered to the correct recipients.

Each gift box delivered to individual customers will be packaged separately.

17. What are the shipping fees for a gift box?

Shipping within Ho Chi Minh City takes 2-4 working days. For other provinces, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days, and customers will bear the shipping costs. Please contact the hotline at 028 2200 7755 for shipping rates.

18. Delivery time

Depending on the order quantity and delivery address, delivery time during Tet can range from 10-15 days after the customer makes a deposit, as agreed. NX will inform customers about the specific delivery time for each order.

19. Does NX deliver internationally?

NX uses international shipping services, and delivery times during Tet will depend on the shipping company. Customers will be informed to track their orders.

20. Do gift boxes shipped to other provinces get damaged?

NX makes efforts to reinforce, protect, and cushion the gift boxes to minimize damage during shipping. However, during the peak Tet season, there might be cases of damaged boxes. In such cases, NX will resend a new gift box via express delivery to meet customer needs.
